  Consegnato all' USAF il 6-02-1984  e destinato al 19° TFS del 363° TFW sulla Shaw AFB (SC) col tail code SW.
 Dal 1985 al 1988 in carico al 34° TFS del 388° TFW sulla Hill AFB (UT) col tail code HL.
 Dopo la trasformazione in ADF in carico al  111° FIS / Texas ANG, di cui divenne nel 1992 lo special colour per i 75 anni dell' Unità.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0391.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico inizialmente al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo ed immediatamente poi al 37° Stormo sull' aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi.  Restituito nel Giugno 2010

 Delivered to the USAF in February 6,1984 and sent to the 19th TFS of the 363rd TFW on Shaw AFB (SC) with the tail code SW.
 From 1985 to 1988 she was in charge to the 34th TFS of the 388th TFW on the Hill AFB (UT) with the tail code HL.
After the transformation to the ADF variant, she was transferred to the 111th FIS / Texas ANG, of wich Unit she became, in 1992,  the special color for the 75th year.
  Stored to AMARC at  Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ)  with the code AAFG0391.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2004 and given in charge firstly to the 23° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo and immediatly after to the 37° Stormo on Trapani-Birgi airport.
 Returned in June 2010.

 Nel 2005 in atterraggio a Florennes (B)  con le insegne del X° Gruppo e la coda decorata per festeggiare la quarta Coppa del Mondo vinta dalla Nazionale di Calcio
In 2005 landing in Florennes (B) with the insignia of the X° Gruppo and the tail with the special color for the fourth Mondial Cup won by the Italian Soccer Team.
A Ottobre 2008 a Trapani-Birgi con le insegne del X° Gruppo del 37° Stormo.
In October 2008 at Trapani-Birgi airport with the insignia of the X° Gruppo of the 37° Stormo.
Lo stesso giorno dal lato sinistro, notare l' insegna del 18° Gruppo sulla coda.
