  Dopo la trasformazione in ADF, dal 1990 al 1995 pasṣ in carico al 114° TFTS ( dal 1991 114° FS )  della Oregon ANG.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0334.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 37° Stormo sull' aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi dove rimase fino alla restituzione nel 2010.		Delivered to the USAF in June 17, 1983 and assigned to the 422nd TES of the 57th FWW on Nellis AFB (NV), with the tail code WA.
 After the conversion to ADF variant, from 1990 to 1995 was with the 114th TFTS  (from 1991  114th FS ) of the Oregon ANG.
  Stored to AMARC on Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) with the code AAFG0334.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2004 and given in charge to the 37° Stormo on Trapani-Birgi airport, with whom she remained until her return in 2010.

Il 26 Giugno 2010 in atterraggio alla Lajes AB (Azzorre) durante il volo di restituzione ; notare la coccarda italiana non regolamentare che copre le insegne americane.
