Consegnato all' USAF il 17-06-1983  e destinato al 422° TES del 57° FWW sulla Nellis AFB (NV), col tail code  WA.
  Dal 1989 al 1996 passò in carico al 114° TFTS ( dal 1991 114° FS )  della Oregon ANG, in questo periodo fu trasformato in ADF.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0402.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo a Cervia; nel 2007 trasferito al 37° Stormo a Trapani-Birgi dove rimase fino alla restituzione nel 2012.		Delivered to the USAF in June 17, 1983 and assigned to the 422nd TES of the 57th FWW on Nellis AFB (NV), with the tail code WA.
  From 1989 to 1996 was with the 114th TFTS  (from 1991  114th FS ) of the Oregon ANG; in this time she was converted to ADF variant.
  Stored to AMARC on Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) with the code AAFG0402.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2004 and given in charge to the 23° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo on Cervia airport;  in 2007 transferred to the 37° Stormo on Trapani-Birgi airport, with whom she remained until her return in 2012

  Nel 1984 in volo d'addestramento assieme al s/n 81-0811, che verrà anch'esso trasferito all' Italia.
Flying a training sortie in 1984 with the s/n 81-0811, both aircraft where transferred to Italy .
 Dopo la trasformazione in ADF, con le insegne del 114° FS della Oregon ANG.
After the transformation in to the ADF variant, with the insignia of the 114th FS of the Oregon ANG.

Nel Maggio 2012 in decollo dalla Lajes AB (Azzorre) per il volo di restituzione
