Consegnato all' USAF il 2-05-1983  e destinato al 422° TES del 57° FWW sulla Nellis AFB (NV), col tail code  WA.
  Dal 1989 al 1995 passò in carico al 114° TFTS ( dal 1991 114° FS )  della Oregon ANG, in questo periodo fu trasformato in ADF.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0324.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 37° Stormo sull' aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi,  col quale rimane fino alla restituzione nel 2012; nel 2011 divenne special colour  per il raggiungimento delle 40.000 ore di volo della flotta F-16 italiana.		Delivered to the USAF in July 28, 1982 and assigned to the 422nd TES of the 57th FWW on Nellis AFB (NV), with the tail code WA.
  From 1989 to 1995 was with the 114th TFTS  (from 1991  114th FS ) of the Oregon ANG; in this time she was converted to ADF variant.
  Stored to AMARC on Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) with the code AAFG0324.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2004 and given in charge to the 37° Stormo on Trapani-Birgi airport, with whom she remained until her return in 2012 ; in 2011  she became  the special color for the  goal of the  40,000 flight hours  by the whole  italian F-16 fleet.

  Nel 1984 in volo d'addestramento assieme al s/n 82-0913, che verrà anch'esso trasferito all' Italia.
Flying a training sortie in 1984 with the s/n 82-0913, both aircraft where transferred to Italy .
 Dopo la trasformazione in ADF, con le insegne del 114° FS della Oregon ANG.After the transformation in to the ADF variant, with the insignia of the 114th FS of the Oregon ANG.
