Consegnato all' USAF il 28-07-1982 e destinato al 422° TES del 57° FWW sulla Nellis AFB (NV), col tail code WA.
Trasformato in ADF, nel 1990 passò in carico al 148° TFTS della Arizona ANG e poi al ANG/AFRES Test Center sulla stessa Base; nel 1996 passò al 114° FS della Oregon ANG.
Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0450.
Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo sull' aeroporto di Cervia, col quale rimane fino alla restituzione nel Giugno 2010.
