Consegnato all' USAF il 6-04-1983  e destinato poi al 4° TFS del 388° TFW  sulla Hill AFB (UT).
  Nel 1988 fu il primo F-16A ad essere trasformato in ADF, pasṣ poi in carico al 114° TFTS della Oregon ANG.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0410.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo.
 Il 20 Giugno 2008  divenne lo special colour per i 90 anni del Reparto e rimase con la stessa colorazione anche dopo il trasferimento al 37° Stormo.
  Ricondizionato col monogrigio standard AM è conservato al Museo Storico di Vigna di Valle (Roma).		 Delivered to the USAF April 6,1983 and then to the 4th  TFS of the 388th TFW on Hill AFB (UT).
   In 1988 she was the first F-16A to be transformed into the ADF variant, then passed to the Oregon ANG 114th TFTS.
  Stored to AMARC on Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) with the code AAFG0410.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2004 and given in charge to the 23° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo.
  On June 20, 2008 became the special color for the 90th anniversary of the Unit and remained with the same color even after the transfer to the 37° Stormo.
 Refurbished with light gray standard for the Aeronautica Militare is kept at the Museo Storico at Vigna di Valle (Rome).
