Consegnato all' USAF il 25-02-1983 e destinato poi al 422° TES del 57° FWW (tail code WA) sulla Nellis AFB (NV).
Dal 1989, previa trasformazione in ADF, fu trasferito al 114° TFTS della Oregon ANG .
Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0331 nel 1995.
Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 37° Stormo dove rimase fino a Giugno 2010 quando fu restituito al 309° AMARG sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ).

Scalo tecnico alla Lajes AFB (Azzorre) durante il volo di restituzione nel 2010. Notare la coccarda italiana non regolamentare che ha rimpiazzato la star&bar USA applicata in precedenza.
