Dal 1987 in carico al 159° FIS/Florida ANG fino al 1994 quando fu trasferito al 114° FS / Oregon ANG.
Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0414.
Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 37° Stormo.
Precipitato in mare nel Febbrario 2008 durante un volo di addestramento notturno, il pilota si è eiettato felicemente.

Delivered to the USAF in May 7,1982 and sent to the 50th TFW on Hahn AB (Germany) , firstly to the 10th TFS and then to the 496th TFS.
In 1987 she was transferred to the 159th / Florida ANG until 1994, the to the 114th FS / Oregon ANG

Nel Giugno 1982 nuovissimo ed appena consegnato al 10° TFS del 50° TFW sull'aeroporto di Sion (CH) durante una manifestazione aerea		Brand new in June 1982 with the 10th TFS of the 50th TFW at Sion airport (CH) during an open day
Nel 1987, ancora F-16A, trasferito alla Florida ANG		in 1987, still as F-16A, transferred to the Florida ANG
Dopo la trasformazione in ADF, nel 1994 ancora con la Florida ANG col nuovo tail code FL sulla NAS Jacksonville durante una manifestazione aerea.		After the transformation in to the ADF variant, in 1194 still with the Florida ANG in exposition during an open day at NAS Jacksonville
nel 1995 trasferito al 114° FS della Oregon ANG.		In 1195 after her transfer to the 114th FS of the Oregon ANG.
