  Consegnato all' USAF il 27-04-1984  ed assegnato dapprima al 19° TFS e poi la 17° TFS del 363° TFW  sulla Shaw AFB (SC)
 Nel 1986 trasferito al 306° TFS (tail code ZF) e poi al 308° TFS (tail code HS) del 31° TFW  sulla Homestead AFB (FL)
 Dall 1989 al 2000 fu assegnato al 186° FIS / Montana ANG ; in questo periodo fu trasformato in ADF.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0459.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2003 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo sull'aeroporto di Cervia.
  Nel 2004 fu trasferito al 18° Gruppo del 37° STormo sull'aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi.
   Distrutto il 22 Maggio 2006 per una collisione in volo con la MM7263, il pilota si è eiettato felicemente.
 Delivered to the USAF in April 27,1984 and assigned firstly  to the 19thTFS and then to the 17th  / 363rd TFW on Shaw AFB (SC).
  In 1986 she was transferred to the 306th TFS (tail code ZF) and then to 308th TFS (tail code HS) / 31 TFW on Homestead AFB (FL).
  From 1989 to 2000 she was assigned to the 186th FIS /Montana ANG, during which time she was converted into the ADF variant.
  Stored to Davis-Monthan AFB AMARC (AZ) with the code AAFG0459
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2003 and given in charge to the 23° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo on Cervia  airport.
  In 2004 transferred to the 18° Gruppo of the 37° Stormo on Trapani-Birgi airport.
  Destroyed the May 22, 2006 in a flight collision with the MM7263, the pilot ejected safely.
