  Consegnato all' USAF il 17-04-1984  ed assegnato al 19° TFS del 363° TFW  sulla Shaw AFB (SC).
 Nel 1985 trasferito al 306° TFS del 31° TFW  sulla Homestead AFB (FL).
 Dall 1988 al 2000 fu assegnato al 186° FIS / Montana ANG ; in questo periodo fu trasformato in ADF.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0458.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2003 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo sull'aeroporto di Cervia.
 Con la messa in posizione quadro del 23° Gruppo fu trasferito al 37° Stormo nell' Aprile 2010
  Il 6 Dicembre 2010 effettuò l'ultimo volo fino alla Aviano AB dove, dopo essere stato ridipinto con i colori del 31° FW, è stato posto come gate guardian all'ingresso.
 Delivered to the USAF in April 17,1984 and assigned to the 19thTFS / 363 rd TFW on Shaw AFB (SC).
  In 1985 she was transferred to the 306th TFS / 31 TFW on Homestead AFB (FL).
  From 1988 to 2000 she was assigned to the 186th FIS /Montana ANG, during which time she was converted into the ADF variant.
  Stored to Davis-Monthan AFB AMARC (AZ) with the code AAFG0457
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2003 and given in charge to the 23° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo on Cervia  airport.
  Whit the decommisioning the 23° Gruppo was transferred to the 37° Stormo in April 2010.
 In December 6, 2010 she make the last flight to Aviano AB where, after the repainting with the color of the 31st FW, was put as gate guardian  on main entrance.

 A Luglio 2012, ridipinto coi colori del 31° FW e posto come monumento vicino all'ingresso della Aviano ABIn July 2012, repainted with the colors of the 31st FW and put as gate guardian near the main entrance of the Aviano AB

 A Settembre 2004 agli inizi del servizio col 23° Gruppo

Nel Luglio 2009 con  l' insegna del 'Veltro' del 23° Gruppo in rullaggio per una missione notturna 
In July 2009 with the colourfoul insignia of the 'Veltro' (greyhound) of the 23° Gruppo taxiing for a night mission.
 A Giugno 2010 in atterraggio alla Lajes AB (Azzorre)  dove ha accompagnato, come riserva,  la prima tranche di  F-16 di ritorno negli USA
In June 2010 landing at Lajes AB (Azores), where she accompanied, as a reserve, the first batch of F-16s to return to the USA
