Consegnato all' USAF il 1-02-1983  e destinato poi al 4° TFS del 388° TFW  sulla Hill AFB (UT).
 Nel 1987 trasferito al 57° FWW sulla Nellis AFB (NV), dapprima al 422° TES e poi al 414° CTS.
  Trasformato in ADF pasṣ in carico al 148° TFTS della Arizona ANG e poi al ANG/AFRES Test Center sulla stessa Base.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0379.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 37° Stormo,  col quale rimane fino alla restituzione nell' Aprile 2012.		 Delivered to the USAF the February 1st,1983 and then to the 4th TFS  / 388th TFW on Hill AFB (UT).
  In 1987 she transferred to the 57th FWW on Nellis AFB (NV), first at 422nd TES and then to 414th CTS. 
   Modified into the ADF passed to the 148th TFTS Arizona ANG and then to the ANG / AFRES Test Center on the same Air Base.

 Appena giunto dagli USA con la coccarda italiana coperta da un'adesivo nero con una micoscopica star&bar americana Just arrived from USA with the Italian roundelIn June 2010 landing at Lajes AB (Azores), where she accompanied, as a reserve, the first batch of F-16s to return to the USA covered by a black sticker with a very small US star&bar
  A Ottobre 2005 con la dimessa colorazione iniziale 
   In October 2005 at Trapani-Birgi airport with the plain colours of the first period.
 Ad Giugno 2009 sull' aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi con l'insegna stilizzata del 18° Gruppo sul lato destro
   In June 200 at Trapani-Birgi airport with the stylized insignia of the 18° Gruppo on right side
 In atterraggio alla Lajes AFB (Azzorre) nel Giugno 2010 dove ha accompagnato, come riserva,  la prima tranche di  F-16 di ritorno negli USA,
