Consegnato all' USAF il 13-08-1982  e destinato poi al 50° TFW sulla Hahn AB (D) in carico al 496° TFS.
 Nel 1986 trasferito al 31° TFW sulla Homestead AFB (FL), dapprima la 306° TFS e poi al 309° TFS. Fu poi successivamente in carico al 186° FIS/Montana ANG e 159° FIS/Florida ANG; trasformato in ADF tornò in carico al 186° FS/Montana ANG ed infine al 162° FG/Arizona ANG
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0323.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2004 e dato in carico al 37° Stormo.
 Nel 2008 divenne special colour del 18° Gruppo.
 Rimane a Trapani-Birgi dove verrà trasformato in gate guardian		 Delivered to the USAF in August 13,1982 and sent to the 50th TFW  / 496th TFS  on Hahn AB (Germany) 
  In 1986 she was transferred to the 31st TFW on Homestead AFB (Fl), firstly to the  306th TFS and then to 309th.
She was subsequently in charge of the 186th FIS / Montana ANG and 159th / Florida ANG; modified into ADF returned to  the 186th FS / Montana ANG and finally to 162nd FG / Arizona ANG
  Stored to Davis-Monthan AFB AMARC (AZ)  with the code AAFG0323.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2004 and given in charge to the 37° Stormo.
  In 2008 she became special color of the 18° Group.
  Preserved at Trapani-Birgi  where she will become  a gate guardian.

 Ad Ottobre 2008 sull' aeroporto di Trapani-Birgi con l'insegna stilizzata del 18° Gruppo sul lato sinistro In October 2008 on the Trapani-Birgi airport with the stylized insignia of the 18° Gruppo
  Nella medesima data e prima di un volo notturno mostra il lato destro con le insegne stilizzate del X° Gruppo
   The same day and before of a night flight show the right side with the stylized insignias of the X° Gruppo
 A Giugno 2009 come special colour per il 18° Gruppo e per le 1000 ore di volo su F-16 del suo Comanadante
  In June 2009 as special colour for the 18° Gruppo and for the 1000 flight hours of his Commander.
