Consegnato all' USAF il 13-08-1982  e destinato poi al 50° TFW sulla Hahn AB (D) in carico al 496° TFS e poi al 10°TFS.
 Nel 1986 trasferito al 186° FIS della Montana ANG dove rimase fino al 2000; in questo periodo fu trasformato nella variante ADF.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) col codice AAFG0456.
 Consegnato all' Aeronautica Militare nel 2003 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo. Nel 2009 fu assegnato al 37° Stormo di cui diventa la flag-ship nel 2010.
 Ritornato al 309° AMARG nell' Aprile del 2012.		 Delivered to the USAF in August 13,1982 and destined to the 50th TFW Hahn AB (Germany) firstly to the  49 th TFS and then to the 10th TFS.
  In 1986 she was transferred to the 186th FIS Montana ANG  where she remained until 2000, during which time she was converted into the ADF variant.
  Stored to AMARC on Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ) with the code AAFG0456.
  Delivered to Aeronautica Militare in 2003 and given in charge to the 23° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo. In 2009 she was assigned to the 37° Stormo of which she became the flag-ship in 2010.
  Returned to 309th AMARG in April 2012.

    Nel Maggio 2009 in decollo dall' aeroporto di Florennes (B) ; lo Stemma del 18° Gruppo si era staccato durante un volo precedente.
