Consegnato all' USAF il 11-06-1982  e destinato poi al 50° TFW sulla Hahn AB (D) in carico al 10° TFS.
 Nel 1987 trasferito al 182° TFS della Texas ANG e poi, nel 1991, al 186° FIS della Montana ANG.
 Immagazzinato all' AMARC sulla Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ), fu poi consegnato all'Italia quale primo velivolo del programma Peace Caesar il 9 Maggio 2003.
 Giunto a  Trapani-Birgi nel Luglio 2003 e dato in carico al 23° Gruppo del 5° Stormo. Nel 2004 fu riassegnato al 18° Gruppo del 37° Stormo per ritonare poi al 23° Gruppo.  Distrutto in un'incidente l' 11-02-2010.		 Delivered to the USAF in June 11, 1982 and assigned to the 10th TFS  - 50th TFW Hahn AB (Germany).
  In 1987 she transferred to the Texas ANG 182nd TFS and then, in 1991, at the Montana ANG 186th FIS.
  Stored to Davis-Monthan AFB AMARC (AZ), was then handed over to Italy as the first aircraft of the Peace Caesar program in May 9, 2003.
  Arrived at Trapani-Birgi Airport in July 2003 and given in charge to the 23 ° Gruppo of the 5° Stormo. In 2004 she was reassigned to the 18° Gruppo of the 37° Stormo and finally back again to 23° Gruppo.
 Destroyed in an accident  in February 11,2010.

 Nel Maggio 2004, appena giunto da Cervia ancora con la dimessa colorazione di consegna, ripreso a Pratica di Mare in occasione della cerimonia d' addio all' F-104
